Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Please note that all bookings and registrations are final and non-refundable.
- In the event of overpayment or duplicate payment, a refund for the excess amount will be processed. This refund will be issued either via cheque or through the original payment gateway used during the transaction. The refund will be submitted to the issuing bank (your card's bank) for processing in batches. Please allow approximately 8-15 working days for the refund to be credited to your account, as processing times may vary depending on the issuing bank's policies.
